Sheldon Golding And Allan S.tifford AndTitle Services, Lied About Services Rendered and Status of Lawsuit

Mr. Golding was retained to file a claim against Victor Bryant of Florida who had collected rents on my behalf and retained the money for his personal use. Golding passed my file to Allan Tifford in his office who represtented himself as a lawyer working with Golding.tifford said he would commence action for civil theft against Bryant.
After months of waiting I attended the offices of Golding and Tifford told me that the case was finalized and that I was awarded triple damages. Again I waited with no reply from Tifford so I called the court house and learned that no such case was ever filed in the courts.
S it turned out, Tifford had never filed a claim and Golding said he knew nothing about this.
This along with some other discrepencies regarding trust funds was reported to the Florida Bar. I learned that Tifford was not a lawyer and the Bar obtained a Stipulated Injunction against him and Title Services Inc. To cease all activities which constituted the unlicensed practice of law in Florida.
With respect to Golding, the Report of the referee to the Supreme Court of Florida found along with some Trust problems that Golding failed to diligently pursue my action and as a result I suffered financial losses. Golding pleaded guilty and was given a reprimand and ordered to pay some of my costs for the hearing as well as those of the Bar. This of course did nothing to recoup my losses as a result of not filing the civil suit and during which Victor Bryant disposed of his assets and was no longer to be found.
I thought this this was a pretty liberal order considering the lies to the Bar by Golding during the examination. Being a non resident has made it extremely difficult to pursue Golding and he has not reponded to any of my letters asking for restitution.
Any advice on how I may try to recover my losses would be appreciated.
