I am a disabled citizen trying to save my niece from abuse and neglect. This issue is very severe in my life as she is only 14 and she is being left alone for days on end by her drug addict parents. The girl who I have been trying to adopt/get help for is very willing to testify to this, as are many others in the surrounding area aka friends and family.

Before I called Family Solutions, LLC or the so Named company, I called Child Protective Services. The father and mother fled, closing the case, which is insane, and the child in question (Madison) contacted me a few days later, only to tell me that her mother and father are going to jail soon, and are mad at me. Ok, so I called Family Solutions and have a String of emails that date back to October from Family Solutions asking me only for money and not much else.

They then transfered me to a lawyer named Francois Nabwangu of "Golding Lawyers" which, if you Google it, just has a crappy "try to pull you in" website. Great, so I contact him, and them. No one calls back.

I get this mean email,

is on vacation I am trying to make alternate arrangements.

Ok I wait, For Months, Finally from someone named George Ellis Esq. Of Golding Lawyers (who I was never informed of, nor did Family Solutions just tell me they were just going to pass me off to someone else) I received this -

Hello Ms. Lueck,
We have completed your paperwork
for custody of Madison. Please find the following documents enclosed.
They are all included in one single pdf file.

Too bad I had to pay another $300 dollar court fee, and the paper work wasn't addressed by anyone (maybe a lawyer perhaps) but me. I was, and still am, running out of time, so I decided to send the court papers in. I fill out this so called pdf file and send it into the court, Where they (the court) sent it back saying it makes no sense what so ever.

Finally, I give up and come to the conclusion that I will probably have to start all over again. Find where Madison is living, which is what I'm currently investigating and call Child Protective Services Again.
