This company withholds commissions from its sales reps. The way the compensation plan is structured is MSDSonline pays its sales reps once the money is collected. However, if you leave the company before the money is collected then you receive nothing. The worst part is the sales reps have no control over when the money is coming in. So they trap you into working there if you want to get the money that is rightfully yours. I left about $15,000 in commission when I left.

It is a very unprofessional company. Many racial slurs and unreported sexual harassment cases. They also have discriminative hiring practices based on ethnicity.
