HB Fast Print
Ripoff dishonest about working time frame and would not repair their own mistakes

I have printed 1000 postcard and business card with HB Fast Print. They told me would be about 5 to 7 business days. When I get the final product, the were not the way that I ordered and it was 4 later then what they have told me. I have to tell my client that there is going to be some delay. The HB Fast Print shows no sorry sign at all. I have them reprint my order. They told me that will be ready in a week. Two weeks later. I still have not seen my product. Whenever I called the company, they were not very friendly. They bascially told me that I cannot cancel my order. I am stucked. They are not going to do any thing to help me. I am just have to wait. At the mean time, I have a client to please. I am losing money on this project. HB Fast Print is a bad company to do business with. They have not professional matter. I would advice anyone not to do business with them.
