PressEX Printing Terrible Service, Bad Printing, Ripoff, No Quality Control, They Don't CARE

Be warned everyone.

In the past, I have used PressEX printing for multiple print jobs and they did a good job. However, this time has passed. Lousy work andthe customer service stinks.instead of taking responsibility for bad work on their part, they attempt to blame their customers. My job looked like they ran out of ink for the entire run. They said that since they gang their print jobs, 'What you get is what you get." Seriously. Additionally, they are doing a bait and switch routine: The business card print sample that they taped to the outside of the box looked fine, nothing like the card order. When I asked them about this, they said that they printed the outside print with a RGB printer, not the run with CMYK that they did for me. They are trying to pass out poor quality sub-par work and then pass it off that you/me the customer didn't know what they were doing. I own my own business. I'm an artist and screenprinter, who works in both RGB and CMYK all of the time. Yes, I know how to set up color jobs. Furthermore, they also outright accused me of trying to pull a fast one to get them to reprint because they said that I had a typo on my card. I asked what typo was this? Their reply was thatI only had one parenthesis in the phone number on the card... I informed them that that was indeed the way it was supposed to be (ex. 445)—) and that by the way, that's a 'bracket' not a parenthesis. Do yourselves a favor and never use this company's "Services" for you will indeed, be sorry and disappointed. This garbage that they did for me cannot be presented to my customer. It is that bad. They are not the least bit professional. Unqualified staffing all the way around.

Totally disgusted.
