Vista Print - Business Max
Overdrew checking accout. Charged card w/o permission

A friend told me to try vista print. Well I tried it and we got burned. We went to deposit a check in the bank and saw that our account was overdrawn. WHY? Well Vista Print AKA Business Max charged us $14.95. I called the phone number given to us by the bank. The customer service worker that I talked to told me "well on 8/31/07 you confirmed an email that said you authorize the $10.00 rebate offer" I make copies of everything. I went back to my copies. NOT! On the order itself is says " Congrats click here to get you $10.00 cash back reward ON YOUR NEXT ORDER. We only ordered once. The "free" business cards actually cost us $53.40. Thank GOD for our wonderful bank. They reversed the overdradt fee and are taking action on MR. VISTA PRINT, Business max himself. I also have to cancle the credit card and wait for a new one so he doesn't try it agian. What is the matter with people these days...
