Said they would refund money after free trial and then refused. Said they would send a gift card and did not. They are just happy they have gotten the money they have out of you

This company promised to refund money after a free trial and then refused. They promised to send a gift card and did not. Very rude and glib staff. The attitude seems to be complete apathy about your business. They are just happy they have gotten the money they have out of you.
Further when asked to speak to a "supervisor", they simply repeat what the previous person has said. They state their superiors "don't take calls".

Operator number 7442, a male named "Stephanie" stated to me that he was "empowered by management to make the final decision" when I told him that a refund had been promised. I asked to speak to someone else and he refused. He stated, "I don't have to and I won't"

These are just some of the reasons not to deal with this "company". Run! Do not get involved with them!"
