Said that I would not lose service when cloudy like I did years ago ripoff

I had dish network years ago and I canceled because I always lost signal. Well I called them and asked if the service had got any better since it had been several years. Yes they replied. Our service is as good as the cable companies now.

Well the service is no better. Everytime it clouds up I loose my signal. I dont want to pay for something that I cant watch half the time. I called and they were very rude and told me to cancel the account.

Well guess what, they want to charge me $173.29 to cancel the account. I'm sorry but there should be some way for me to break a contract because my service keeps going out. Please can someone help me with this issue.

They are a very rude and deceptive company.
