THE MOBILE SOLUTION ripoff stole $250 malicious ambiguous contract awful poor plan recommendation

I was a Sprint PCS subscriber until two days ago when a salesman in a booth at Arizona Mills, a local shopping mall, convinced me that T-Mobile would be a more cost-effective solution.

The salesman would have been right had he recommended what truly would be the best plan for me.instead, he insisted that, even though I have no family, a family plan would be the best deal because it would provide a generous quantity of minutes, with the second phone line not really costing me anything. WHAT A LIAR!

I naively signed a series of contracts that, at the time, seemed innocent. Then I took my two phones home.

After looking on the internet, it became clear to me that the family plan was not the best deal and that the second line was costing me $20 more per month without any real added benefit.

So, to make a long story short, I took the second phone back, but they wouldn't take it. They wouldn't even help me cancel the second line. And, as it turns out, a small part of one of the contracts requires me to pay them $250 for the second phone that I didn't even want in the first place, since I am cancelling the second line of service anyway.

This business is tough because most people don't generally run home to get on their computers and check usacomplaints.com before doing business with companies at the mall.

However, if you are considering doing business with TheMobileSolution and have happened to read this beforehand, I recommend and beg that you not do business with this dishonest company whose entire model seems to be based on dishonesty.
