Best Buy Rip-Off: I have been bringing in my printer for cleaning every year to Best buy since 1999. This time I brought it in for a cleaning, which I was charged $29.00 and when getting it back and hooking it up in the store with my power cord, the printer did not work. I ordered another power cord from a seller on ebay only to find out upon hooking it up that it too did not work.

Two weeks earlier I brought my mother's Canon printer in for a cleaning and they said the printer heads were damaged beyond repair. I have a suspicion they are deliberately messing up customer's equipment for the purpose of forcing them to purchase new ones.
