Kim Kessler ripoff unfair business practices theft of services

Kim Kessler, operator of KiKi Originals, a bridal clothing store was caught 15 weeks just before my wedding. She was to repeat a custom gown, an extremely easy style. 30 days just before wedding, after I noticed the gown it had been made from the incorrect substance, and incorrect shade. I put an order for Ivory Silk Taffeta, Kim inadvertently requested a far more costly material and not explained, the material was bright and "dutchess satin" She included several unflattering improvements, the gown made it difficult for me to raise my hands, small sleeves-one was really restricted one was really free. The gown had several posts dangling in the base and attributes. After I verbalized discontent, she turned really furious, declined to repair errors and repeatedly talked of her no refunds policy.

The gown was likewise too-tight for me personally to inhale, my chests were totally smooth and couldnt zip-up my back. 1 week just before my wedding, she overlooked to carry on focusing on the gown.
