Ripoff unacceptable product matched with indifference

Kim Kessler agreed to produce a custom made dress. She used the incorrect material, which resulted in a dress that was white instead of ivory. Furthermore, when my wife went to pick the dress up, it was incomplete (one week prior to wedding) and did not fit. Kim Kessler refused to repair the dress and refused to return our hard earned money. She kept the dress and the money. Clearly once she has collected the price of the dress, quality and craftsmanship go out of the window.
