Won't give efunds. Pressure user in extra free months then won't honour the free months. Ripoff

I did the free test on eharmony and thought I'd give it a try based on it's "risk free" seven day cancellation policy. After just three days I knew it wasn't my thing so I tried to cancel.
My request for a refund was countered with many suggestions, none of which had anything to do with refunding my money.
I was clear that I simply wasn't interested in paying for this type of activity. Eventually I was offered three months service to "really give it a chance". I said "fine".
I haven't had any sort of a conversation, internet or otherwise, with any match so imagine my surprize when I got a "personal" message from Dr. Warren saying that it was critical that I renew my membership as it was set top expire soon. The first month wasn't even up yet! Never mind the extention until October that the salesperson promised!
I was furious at this rip-off but received go no response. I think it's unforgivable that a conglomerate that deals with people's emotions has such an unprofessional way of doing business.
I say, if you want to try edating, try another site! It may or may not fill your heart but it sure won't empty your wallet!!
