Ripoff outlandish late fees

Have been a custermer in good standing with fingerhut since 1984 now all of a sudden my account doesn't count bills are a nightmare 9/11 has backed up mail no one is checking date of post marks and late fees are mounting, first time in 18 years my account was froze over $19.00 which is actually the late fee they charged me not bad for a good custermer of 18 years without a blemish on his record.
