Fingerhut - charter one bank checking account - rjm acquisitions making me pay for bills i don't owe

I recieved 3 letters in the mail on monday the 20 2009 and in these 3 letters was bills that i had know idea i owed to fingerhut and 2 report of charter one bank checking account. That i was not aware of until the time of these letter for these letters or bills came from rjm acquisitions llc giving me different ways to pay for these bills and then were on my credit report the fingerhut bill goes back to 12/94 and the other to bills from the bank has know date at all i have never dealt with charter one bank nor have i ever had a checking account with them but then say i have had 2 checking account not 1 the one amount is for $256.49 and the other one is for $2,029.91 how can you have 2 overdrawn checking account at the same time
