Usbi Independant Long Distance Carrier
Usbi ripoff fraudulent disgusting people which use people who dont speak english only spanish

On my husbands telephone bill appears this long distance carrier usbi which I have no Idea how they obtained our information we never authorized any carrier. Anyway ther is something totslly suspicous about this so called agency. When I called back in july I was getting the run around to cancelling the service, I called aain being persistant I spoke to someone but he only spoke spanish (possibly mexican descent) he assurred me that it would be cancelled and never asked for the phone number being cancelled. I found it strange. Today husband recieved phone bill and they are charging $15.83 I called the number today to get to the bottom of things because hushand and I live on a fixed income.

Ther soeme hispanmic man ansewered and cut my conversation short because he claimed he was by himself and If I called tommorrow with my problem and gave me is first name as fernando, I find it strange there one worker is left alone and no one speaks english, no higher ups to address customer concerns. I believe this is an ilagimate front to ripoff many consumers and should be stopped by what ever means necesary from ripping off unsuspecting customers. The ironic part of this is verizon allows these unsrupulious people off.
