Fgw, florida gun works ripoff no responce no phone number calling credit card

Ordered a SKS Low Profile Weaver Style Scope mount with Rings. I received a high profile instead. So i tried to call the company but their phone is disconnected. I emailed for three days straight then on tuesday i called my credit card company. I put in a dispute. Then they finally emailed me. I sent the part back and now they havent emailed or called me to let me know if they are sending the new part. I guess i must do the dispute again.
