This realtor lines their own pockets by inflating closing cost. She even has her own adjuster that she claims gives a discount so you can use her. This person adjusts the costs so that both pockets are lined! She also does not tell clients obvious faults in the house. Her priority is to sell and sell marked up. Beware. She is a money goat!
