Was told i was wasting there time took 8 days to get ac fixed in tx heat

I called in my A/C was not working 6/19/06. I was told several conflicting stories. Noone wamted to speak to me. I was told if anyone of Ric's customer service reps. Had to talk to me they would quit. He also told me I was WASTING his time. I just wanted to have my A/C fixed. The company that came out said they could have it fixed the next day if they had authorization. Well that was not okay, they did not believe there A company and sent another co. Out to do a second diagnosis. Getting the same results, they were also told they could fix it the next day.

Mean while it is 95 and higher in Texas, they told me it was not considered a emergency. It was a luxory! In NY maybe a luxory in TX it a health issue without it.

6/26/06 I asked them to send me the check for the max pay out on the claim, and I would do what I had to do to get it fixed. Now the first company told them they could complete the work under the 1500.00 limit. The second company was over the limit by $407.67. So to get back at me I feel they choose the company that charged more, so I would have to pay the difference, as my family was having health issues due to the heat, knowing I would do what ever it was to get the A/C working.

Well 8/04/06 and I am know getting bills from the company that had auth., by Mike Moore to complete the work. It has been over 30 days now and they have rec'd no payment yet.
