Ripoff Said he was charging me 13.00 and charged me 229.06

He called me and asked how the pump motor was running that I bought from him at the begining of June '06. I said fine but the seals were leaking on the existing pump and right now it was too hot to use the hottub.

He said he could get a seal kit out to me. I asked how much, he stated 13.00 I said fine. He asked for my credit card number and said I would be billed 13.00 two days later I was billed 229.06. I have left messages and ofcourse no return calls. Hopefully this guy will be behind bars soon and become someone's girlfriend.
