Ripoff took my money and I got NO PICTURES

I got my baby's pictures taken at the WalMart Portrait Studio in May. A few days before the pictures were to come in (June) the woman who took the pictures called me (yes I have a phone record to prove it) and she said "Your pictures were misplaced and they did not get sent in on time. But we will send them in now and we will call when they come in". I was upset but very well I said OK.

June went by and no one called. July 10th I went to WalMart and I told the woman I just wanted my money back. She said my pictures were in and they had been there all along. I asked why no one had called me to let me know. She said that is not their procedure and that I must be "lying to get my money back". After a manager was called, she conveniently remembered calling me, but she could not recall WHY she called me. She refused to give my money back.

I called the Portrait Studio customer service number and the woman there said she would issue me a refund and I should get a check in about a week. Check never came.
I waited until today (Aug 2) and called again. They said I have to return the floppy disk they gave me (which I dont have) before I can get my money back.

Finally, a supervisor at PCA agreed to give me $33 back (I paid $50) because they kept $2 for the disk and $15 for the "smiles card" (which is a discount I can get when I DONT go back to walmart to get my pictures taken again!!!). I hope they are happy with my $17!!! And now let's see if I actually get my other $33... I SERIOUSLY DOUBT!
