Fraudulant credit card charge ripoff New York

Shops, Products, Services

This company (247cs.net) charged membership fees to my credit card just days before the expiration date on the card. I don't know how they got my information, but the charge they made put my balance over the limit by. 90 cents. This generated an over the limit fee of $29.00.
The credit card company also happend to charge a yearly membership to my account that same month. So in order to avoid that fee I was forced to pay the entire balance including all these charges.

247cs.net did promptly refund their charge to the account, but the credit card company has still not refunded me.

I believe this company could be a scam working with crdit card companies to generate fees. If I could only prove it.
