I write many e-mail to offers@freelotto.com, winners@freelotto.com, FAST@free. Lotto.com
to ask about the facsimile check, (winning prize). I receive a facsimile check 1 month ago, but they do not answer anything about the facsimile check and prize.

The FACIMILE CHECK was sent to me. It is a check image (file format JPEG)

CHECK IMAGE is a proof of payment or a evidence of payment in court.

Check images have been an accepted proof of payment for years. Massachusetts, for example, amended its law in the early 1990s to state that a bank statement showing payment of a check, together with a legible copy of the check, constitutes prima facie evidence in court that the check has been paid. (See Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 233, Section 77A).

If you do not have a substitute check but have a copy of an original check or a copy of a substitute check, you usually can use these documents as proof of payment.

355.4-110 Electronic presentment.
(1) "Agreement for electronic presentment" means an agreement, clearing-house rule, or Federal Reserve regulation or operating circular, providing that presentment of an item may be made by transmission of an image of an item or information describing the item ("presentment notice") rather than delivery of the item itself. The agreement may provide for procedures governing retention, presentment, payment, dishonor, and other matters concerning items subject to the agreement.
(2) Presentment of an item pursuant to an agreement for presentment is made when the presentment notice is received.
(3) If presentment is made by presentment notice, a reference to "item" or "check" in this article means the presentment notice unless the context otherwise indicates.
