Check Declined, even though their service 'Certigy' said it was approved

I went into the photo lab to pick up my pictures. I wrote a check at this location, like I always do, and have done for several years. They said my check was declined, and that their verification service 'Certigy' declined it. They gave me a 800 number to call Certigy. I called them right there, in front of the assistant manager. Certigy told me that they had not declined the check, in fact they had approved it without any problems. When I told this to the assistant manager, (mind you, i'm upset inside, but being calm about this) she said i don't need your bulls*t about your damned check, if the registert says it's delcined, it's declined! I apologized and told her i'm just trying to clear this up, and she said 'get the hell outta my store before I get someone to remove you. You d*mn complaining customers just get on my nerves!". At this point, I called customer service, during regular hours, and got a recording saying that they were busy, and to leave my name and number, and someone would call me back. No-one has called.
I e-mailed the company through the website, I haven't heard back from them either. I tried calling Certigy again to see if they could help, and they said since they had approved my check, there was nothing they could do. I am not upset about the check being declined, rather I am upset about the way that the manager of a store I have shopped at for a long time, handeled this situation. There is another walgreens about 1/2 mile away that I will be shopping at from now on, even though it is out of my way.
