Certigy debited my account without permission AFTER they received the funds for the check

Certigy debited my account enev AFTER the bank paid a check which initially did not clear. I now have to pay bank charges in addition to Certigy's even though the check was paid. The bank is totally unsympathetic and doesn't care. I am unbale to find either a web address or physical location for Certigy.
