Phonecardsonnet.com sells very cheap international phone cards. However, 350 minutes become 5 after one 20 minute phone call! I bought a $5 phone card to russia (guide), it promised 340 minutes at 1.6 c, no connection fee, and no other fees! I read the fine print. However, after one 20 minute call I had 7 minutes left. They don't anser their emails promptly! Avoid!
