Ripoff, Poor Service

This company quoted me 3000.00 for a new 210 gallon salt water aquarium and it was not designed right and still does not operate over a month after install.
My final bill came to 3474.15 without prior consent. I have used parts that I got charged full price for. A sump tank that was just laying around, not matched for my system.

The auto fill float is not installed, my UV sterilizer is not installed.

And what really got me was I am scheduled once a month
for service.

Now, I have been doing monthly maintenance with this company for about six months and my service is about 90.00 a month.

I spoke with both owners about getting my tank finished and I was told that they would finish when I was scheduled for service the following month.

I was charged 140.00 for my monthly service and they gave me a 50.00 credit on my billing still leaving me paying the regular 96.00. They must think I am stupid.
This is a non licensed home based company that does not care about anything other than what they can get out of you. Money.

I don't Recommend using this company at all. (ROR REDACTED COMPETITOR) now offers aquarium service and I bet I won't have problems with that.
