Shady Buyer Protection Plan for Simple Set Pool from Toys-R-US Nationwide

Purchased extended warranty for a Simple Set pool from NEW through Tyos-R-US. Big bold print on warranty packet says it covers manufacturer's parts and labor warranty. But, the small text on the inside says it only covers mechanical or electrical failure. So that is really only the filter pump for a pool. So when I tried to get coverage for the pool cover (which is covered under the manufacture warranty) I was denied because it wasn't a mechanical or electrical failure.
