Extension Fee RipOff

I purchased a one-year telephone directory listing for June through June. My term was over, my bills were paid in full. Now, they tell me that there has been an "extension" and I owe them six more months fees.

Their sales rep never mentioned anything about this during the sale. They never sent me a contract only bills, which showed my balance due. Now they expect me to pay because R.H. Donnelley has decided NOT to print the new directory for another six months.
