They got my sons name and ssn on my bill and have ruined his credit when it was supposed to be in my name ripoff

I had a phone in my name the company that i had the phone service with is citizens phone company in brevard n.C. 28712

The number was area code 828 xxx-xxxx. The address was xxx rosman n.C. 28772 this was a bill from 1998 mci has sent this bill to a collection agency park dansan po 248 gastonia n.C. 28053 agency in my sons name with his ssn.

He had nothing to do with this bill. The bill is mine james c jones, not james r jones. How do i correct this mistake mci made???
