Ripoff Mentally challenged female allowed to perform services in beauty salon

This attempt to support black businesses has, once again, been shot to s*t. This is to warn customers not patronize the Hair Underground hair salon, located in National City, CA. The owner, Nina, employs an obviously mentally retarded female, named Keisha.

Keisha shampoos hair, dyes hair and performs other cosmetology services, unsupervised, without the customer's knowledge and consent or valid license.
On more than one occasion, Nina has been seen leaving the premises, while, knowingly, leaving her scheduled customers in Keisha's care without their consent. Complaints to Nina result in an explanation that Keisha is her "assistant", and what a "beautiful job" she does.
(Keisha has been seen, literally, staring at the walls when finished washing a patron's hair).

Nina has a current license for her business, but should beinvestigated for taking advantage of a retarded person for profit, misrepresentation, tax fraud (paying Keisha "under the table"), and allowing unlicensed persons to perform services in her hair salon.
My hair was ruined, but, thank God, it'll grow back. (I'll take my money to the Arabs. They have all types of hair and can gladly "do" all types of hair, with no attitude.)
