Glamour Girls Beauty Salon Did not deliver my goods purchased like she said she would

Well I placed an order with Keisha on July 9th for a four bundle deal for the amount of 234.00 she told me my hair would arrive no later than thursday of week. So I wait and I message her asking if my hair arrived. She said she let me know later. Never hit me up. I message her again and she says her husband checked and said the hair had arrived and we were good to go. So keep in mind I live in Denver and it would take me over an hour to get to her salon. She messages me right when I am getting ready to head out and says " Oh that wasn't your hair. It was 8 and 12 inches." I am asking her how to get this problem rectified because she said she was for sure. She said she had to talk to the vendor and see what was going on and that she was waiting on her hair too. She then said she would offer me a discount and let me know on Monday if my hair arrived.

Well as you know she said she got a shipping number for me which was not true and would respond. Never messages me yet again. I hit her up the following day to see if I could book an appointment, she says none are available because she has a social club to do that weekend. Doesn't even check with me to see if I wanted to be seen or anything. Then says her husband shipped my hair and provided me with a tracking number to usps. The number she gave me was not even legitimate. USPS said their overnight packages never start with a numeric number. So now I am thinking she never ordered my hair. She then says the post office lost it and that she would order me some new hair while she waits on the USPS to get my hair.

NOW this week rolls around and she says I will have a fed ex number and would have my hair by Wednesday. Does she even have the common courtesy to get back with me?! Of course not. So I hit her up on Wednesday and guess what, she says the hair hasn't been shipped out. I am over the unprofessionalism of this woman. All I wanted was my hair and now I will be filing a claim with the bbb, paypal, and will be consulting with a lawyer this weekend. Don't lie and not have my product. I gave you my money and you were fast to take it and I have nothing in return. Shame on you
