Site states "CourtsOnline.org provides professional search features that allow people to do their own investigations using the vast databases available" for a fee of $27.99. However, all it is is a list of other sites that also require a fee. They also state they will answer emails within 24 hours. They have not responded to any of my emails requesting information or refund.
