I would like to inform you of an employee at The Paper Company by the name of Maria. I recently placed an order with the Paper Store and received an e-mail confirmation for $99.75. I was confused by this charge as I only requested the paper sent via e-mail, which says the price is $3.95/page. The charge should only have been around $20.00 She informed me that there was a processing fee of $9.95/ page.

I was unaware of that and requested the order to be cancelled. Maria told me there were no refunds and there was no one else in the office that could assist me. After a few expletives, she then abruptly slammed the phone down. I called back asking to speak with a manager. She replied " I am the (expletive) Manager", continued yelling and told me to call back after 6pm because she would not " (expletive) be there to listen to my (expletive).'" After screaming at the top of her lungs and to the point where I could not even understand her, once again, the phone was slammed in my face.

I called back after 6pm and spoke with Mike, who claimed to be a manager. He is rude, unprofessional and not helpful in the least. When I explained my situation and the previous phone call I had with Maria, he said it was not his ' (expletive) problem' and that I should stop calling because I was harrassing him. He then started to scream at the top of his lungs, shouting expletives and other choice words. Bottom line is, is this company should be put out of business. My heart is still pounding against my chest just thinking how people do business in such a manner.

I have since cancelled my credit card, which according to them is too late because they billed my card even BEFORE I received the product and formally filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other governing authority that will put a mark on their profile and make it clearly known what their employees are doing to the business. I am absolutely disgusted and embarrassed for them. They certainly are not going to stay in business with people like her working for them.
