Deceptive False Advertising Representation ripoff

The on-line company "Courtsonline.org" leads one time believe that they are another background investigation company with a smaller fee. However, they are just an entry to the other companies offering the desired information at a higher price.

This is very deceptive, and after the first search on myself, the customer service is not availabe exception Monday-Friday 8-5, most people are at work during those timeframes. So there is no way to inquire about this nor attempt to get my money back.
