Ripoff

My name is sandra and i am one of whom was rip-off by instantcast. I called them and they told me that they were giving me my money back. They said that all i have to do is fill out the form that they emailed me and fax it off and i did, but i haven't gotten my refund back yet. The first time they said that they didn't recieve it the first time so i faxed it again and i still haven't gotten it back yet. So if there is anyone out there that can help me please do. Thank you.
