Under age, no permission

I googled my 12 year old daughters name yesterday, which I do periodically just to check on the internet safety of my children. Her name has never come up before but now her name comes up instantly with a link to a instantcast site with her name on it.

This bothers me for many reasons. How did they get her name. She has never heard of it before and did not fill out anything on the web. All of the reports listed here that I have been reading is that they were charged a fee. Would they have posted my daughters name without a credit card? I KNOW for a fact that it is not anyone else because my daughter has a very unique name and there is no one else especially in our town that could have that name.

I tried to call the only number they have listed and it has been disconnected. Help. Im scared that my daughters name is out there and we dont know who did it.
