Eclub Satellite Protection ripoff dishonest 2nd party billing by dish network thru eclub satellite protection

Eclub billed my friends credit card that he said i could use to get dish network. Then when he got his credit card statement there was a charge for eclub satellite protection. So i called them to ask what they were doing but all i got was leave a message, so i did but they never called me back. But what i don't get is how they can put another charge on his card without his consent.
