This man uses local newspaper ads; unsuspecting, nice women sales reps and highly emotional internet advertising to con grieving families. He manipulated my 92 yr. Old father to get money he didn't deserve!
Now I know why he wanted the final money PRIOR to the installation&he knew once we saw the poor quality we wouldn't pay him!
The finished product was inferior; red majic marker lines still on the stone; stone was not the desired thickness, length or width ordered;stone finish is not durable - (water goes into stone), letters were sprayed black which was not wanted and will deteriate quickly.
Burton appears to be hiding behind the internet to do business.
He treated me, the grieving daughter with extreme disrespect, arrogance, threats, etc. His business should be shut down!
