Is a ripoff

Why did I get a notice in the mail today stating that I sent an application for enrollment in your program in 1999? It is titled LEGAL DEPARTMENT. And, you have the nerve to say that it is affecting my credit rating and to send $300.95 and to make my check payable to ACE.

I can't even find any evidence that this company even exists. I suspect an elaborate scam. But, if you are a comapny, then I am the victim of identity theft. Either way I am sending a fraud alert on this matter to all three major credit bureaus. Do not send me any more duns. I do not owe you one dime.
