Ripoff on the birds

I just wanted to complain about the parakeets that I have bought there. I just want to say that they didn't last long. I bought a parakeet from Pets and things and it's out lived the birds that i got at petsmart. The heart break that it caused my daughter was not good.

I finally said the heck with it and went to the same place I bought the other one. I wrote them and told them about it and they told me that they have them check by the best vets before they get them. If that is the case then why haven't any of those lasted. I had a few people tell me that they won't get birds there because of the same problems.

Also, one other thing that I had trouble with is fish. They too didn't last long and I knew how to take care of them because I have had fish tanks all my life in PA but when we got them here. Well they didn't last long either. I am just upset about the animals they have there. I don't have any other complaints because I love to buy stuff their and I do use Banfield and grooming. I love the way the animals smell but it's just getting those types of animals there. They always die.
