I authorized shipping for a 'trial sample' ONLY of your product, but now I see you've taken $100 out of my account for a shipment that I did not authorize! I specifically un-checked the box for automatic shipments!
I've tried to reach your company by phone and email but you do not respond. At this point I am forced to believe you are a fraudulent company!
