After a lot of hounding, and letter writing, and researching about this company I finally got a refund! Those of you who are experiencing trouble with this company need to do your homework. They have several company names as noted above, and they also have several addresses listed with the BBB; 4790 Irvine Blvd., Ste. 105 PMB 158, Irvine, CA... And 1280 Terminal Way Ste. 38, Reno NV, as well as the New Mexico address listed in the heading of this report. There is a report on the BBB website that the Federal Trade commission filed legal charges against One Day Diet.

Don't give up. If you are entitled to a refund, be persistent and I believe this company will come through with their responsibility.
