Ripoff

The agreement was the dress was supposed to be made and ready for pick up the Friday before my graduation. To make a long story short, after going back and forth to her shop on the Friday and throughout that weekend she promised me to come and get the dress @ 9am on Sunday morning.

Can you believe that I sat there until 10pm, gate was down and continued calling and leaving messages which included my phone number throughout the day until 3:30pm. After that I had to do some emergency shopping! Didn't want to participate in my commencement ceremony (8:30am the next morning) without an outfit.

I get a call from her Monday during my graduation. You know I didn't pick up. That was my day. I felt I would deal with her the following day. When I did return the call she claims that she was sitting in her office until 4pm for me. Mind you never picking up the phone when I called and she definitely didn't listen to her messages.

She states that she don't listen to her answering machine on Sunday's! When I called her I told her the dress or the money for the materialbecause she isn't getting another dime from me. She stated that she is not going to give me the money and I have to pay her for the dress.
