Ripoff they sign you up without your permission and start charging for services you do not know about. Plantation

Company hijacks your phone number to start billing for services that you do not know about. Then when you call to cancel they say you signed up for the service.

In my case was directed to a website to sign up for the services after completing a survey. Did not agree to have the service, closed out of the browser window. Next thing I know is that I am being charged $12.95 for one month and then the next month I am charged $14.95.

Called to cancel and got a run around about I still needed to pay for the charges on my phone bill. Was told that it would take up to two months for a credit to be issued to my phone company. Called my phone company told them I would not be paying the charges for this service. Phone company told me that the unpaid charges would show up as being past due on my phone bill until a credit is issued by Orbit Telecom.
