Bait and switch practice

Told I quilified for 0% down and financing up to $15,000.00. Filled out paper work, quallified for Clean Slate Program, told only speak with Vanessa. Got to dealership on time, would not let me speak to Vanessa. Another dealer took me through the lot, found a car to test drive. Liked car in price range. We went back in asked to see Vanessa again, still refused. Came back and told me that I needed another co signer and $6,000.00 down to quilify because bank would not finance. That was not what I was told, already bank quillified wanted to talk to Vanessa. She was not there if she ever existed. Bait and Switch is the name of this con game and it is illegal. The BBB will also be informed and the National Automotive Association will be notified as well.
