This Company Describes itself as being an Online Foreclosure Listing Access Company. Con's You into Thinking That you will Recieve an Instant Access to Thousands of Foreclosure Listings. Tells You That Along with it you get a Free Trial CD. That You can Send back with no complications if you aren't satisfied. HOWEVER! THIS IS NOT TRUE!

First Off. This company never sent me a comfirmation Email Saying that they recieved my Credit Card Info and Mailing Address. Also, I never Recieved an Access Login or Password. I just figured it didnt go through and went on to other things. I kind of just thought? Well I will fill out the form online another day then.

Months Later. I paid my bills with my Credit Card. Went to the ATM. I WAS OVER $300 DOLLARS NEGATIVE! WHAT? It was the weekend and I had NO CASH! I should have Had over $300.in MY BANK ACCOUNT! Now im NEGATIVE $300. WOW! $600 dollars gone! I called my credit card company. Guess who made a withdrawl from my account? Yep! Foreclosure world.net. So I Called Right Away. Of Course They were Closed all weekend..

Monday I called. OVER AND OVER! No Answer. Next day same thing again everday for a month. FINALLY! Somebody answered! Whew! I thought, Yeah! Meanwhile? Im being Charged $5.00 a day for being in the negative. YOU DO THE MATH! SO IM ALREADY $300 in Bounced Check Fees. Now $5.00 a day for a Month. So Even If I got a refund? IM STILL IN THE HOLE!

The Lady on the phone was Cunning. I felt she wasnt on the level right away. She insisted on a tracking number and said I was sent a package. So I hung up and Contacted the person at the address 3000 miles away from me if they recieved a package from this company. They had reported they had. But Put on the Package return to sender. Fed Ex Came over to that Address and Picked up the Package and sent it back.

I Called again. They Needed a Tracking ID. THEY SAID I QUOTE " We Do Not Have the Package. Fed Ex Does Not Do return to sender" HMM? I thought? Why would they send a free trial on a no return to sender basis? Proclaiming its just a CD. BUT The person who said they saw the package. Stated that is was very heavy. Hmm? Scam! They do that on purpose. THATS JUST DOWN RIGHT WRONG! A delibrate Action..

So Finally I Get this very Kind Fed Ex Lady. Who Does some research on the package. FED EX WAS GREAT BY THE WAY! She Finds the Tracking ID. YEPPERS! It was sent back! I couldnt recieve the tracking ID over phone. So I had to have it sent to my address or Fax'd. So I had it sent and then called foreclosureworld.net again.

WELL I told them. I know when it was delivered to them. And who signed for it. They now state that I need the tracking ID. OK I went and got it fax'd.

Next Day Call Back with Tracking ID. NOW? Its been To long. I need to contact by email. Chiquita @ Foreclure.net. What? Why? They have the package! My money! And i'm still getting charged $5.00 a day in my bank account. I Assure you they werent expecting some poor girl to take this so seriously. I'M BROKE NOW I'M HUNGRY And Im not letting one more rip off artist con ME! I'm tired of Mom's, Dad's, Grandma's, Grandpa's Getting Takin By Companies like this. I've had it. We need companies we can trust with our Family Members who cant do for themselves.

The End Result? They Told me I was NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK. I QUOTE" I want a Refund back in my account today! Response.? TO BAD!" Well TOO BAD FOR THEMPlease Spread this on. They are not a legitamite company. Let's Stop Giving these People Money. Maybe there Hearts will turn to doing good for the world instead of bad. We are Putting Power in the Hands of the Wrong People. Lets Stop.
