Rebates ripoff did not honor rebate after repeated calls and requests

On 12/06 I purchased a Hitachi 18v combo tool kit from lowes in Phx, AZ. I mailed a rebate form for a 135pc drill bit set to the address on the form. I never received the rebate offer. I called on 02/28 and was told to mail it again so I did. Nothing, I called and was told it would be another 8 weeks. I called again today and was told to take a hike, there was nothing they could do.
