Bob Stout took money and started work. Promised to return and finish and never did. Always answered calls but never came to home again. We are trying to recover money as the work was not even done to code. We had to have everything ripped out and done again. Horribile workers and the owner is worse. Ripoff artist and I found out is a lifetime criminal that was in trenton State Prison. We had a background check ran on him and he is a career criminal.
