I purchased a a/c in July sent in for a rebate of 20.00, I called after 10 weeks of not receiving it was told they have no record of it they just kept telling me I have a warrenty, then I was told it was being processed. Called again told me it was mailed out, after 2 weeks still no rebate check, called again spoke to a supervisor she told me she would mail the rebate out herself, after 2 weeks again still no check in sight, called again Dec. 22. Spoke to another supervisor he told me they have no record of this rebate I told him I am tired of getting the run around he claims he has to resimmit it for the tenth time it will take 6-8 weeks asked why I'm getting the run around he had no answear. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES or anything that requires a rebate. Does anybody know who I can bring this compliant to? I have already contacted the better business bureau.
